After completing his studies in Risk Management & Insurance at the University of North Texas, Jesse embarked on his professional journey at Serna Insurance Agency, Inc., immersing himself in every aspect of the business. Over the course of nearly a decade, he honed his skills, became well-versed in the industry, and emerged as one of the agency's most successful producers. Throughout this period, Jesse remained committed to continuous learning, fostering relationships, and assisting individuals from various parts of the state. Eventually, the time arrived for him to embark on a new chapter in his life.

Driven by the belief that treating people with respect, providing exceptional care, conducting business ethically, and possessing comprehensive expertise are paramount, the concept of Weston Risk Management LLC was born long before its doors opened in 2017. Armed with a wealth of knowledge, educational background, and 16 years of experience, Jesse brought Weston Risk to life, and the rest is history.

Notable accomplishments include serving on the Encompass Inner Circle Advisory Board, qualifying for the 2015 Encompass Championship Pro-Am agency, receiving a nomination from IBA for the 2015 Rising Star Producer Award, and participating in AIG PCG University as well as AIG PCG-U Level 1 and Advanced Producer School.
